Vale Fire & Security – Our History
Established in the summer of 2010, Vale Fire & Security started by supporting the West Midlands in protecting their homes, assets and offices. Since our humble beginnings we have grown to provide service across the UK, with some of our biggest clients based in London. Our name has only spread this far due to our commitment to the people who made us – people like you.

Meet Our Founder
Tony originally worked in the Royal Navy as a weapons technician, dedicated to working hands-on with the latest technology. Tony made his first step into the private sector as a technical director for over 14 years, where he felt he could bring something extra to the security industry. Setting up Vale Fire & Security as a way to implement what he felt were well needed changes to the sector. Since then, he has scaled the business to include a dedicated sales team, and technicians. This equates to 35 years of industry experience, before fire and security engineers were even a thing. Tony is also an avid cricket fan, and even looks after the security for Edgbaston Cricket Ground.
People had lost their vision for the services sector. Everyone on the market was focused on getting money by locking clients in a contract, not on delivering a good service to them. I wanted to do things differently. That was – and still is – my vision.
